Returns & Exchanges

At New Holland Brewing Company, we strive for perfection in every craft batch, but if you are not satisfied with your non-perishable merchandise, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items or alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and not a food or beverage product, as these items are final sale.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our Michigan warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
